YDF's Facilities
YDF sales headquarter is located in Suzhou, China, and YDF Valves are manufactured in 3 specialized manufacturing plants located in Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province,China,and 2 professional casting foundries located in Binhai City, Jiangsu Province, China. We have a total of above 1000 employees and 270,000 square meters cover area. YDF now have more than 80 engineers specializing in design, process engineer and quality control. All the facilities were based on the ERP system connecting engineering and warehouse system. In-house there widely use lots of CNC, Machining Center and Large lathes capable for big size and precious production machining. In house the testing capacities include high pressure gas, cryogenic, high temperature, fugitive emission, vacuum testing, life cycle testing etc.

YDF's quality assurance is dedicated to supply zero defect valves to customers with reliable service life. Through our quality compliance, we have achieved the following certifications: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CE/PED, ATEX, TA Luft/ISO15848-1, ABS, BV, DNV, CCS, SIL 3,CU-TR ,TS and CNAS(ISO 17025). In years to come, we at YDF will continue to build qualified products that meet and exceed our customers' satisfaction.

Material

YDF realized from beginning that casting is the key of the valve quality, and YDF invested two professional casting foundries, utilizing the Silicon fume investment casting, Lost wax investment casting, Shell model casting, Special materical casting, and Sand casting production line.

Advanced Manufacturing

Numeric control machines are widely equipped in YDF factories,like machining center,CNC horizontal and vertical lathe, CNC drilling machine. A number of traditional machines are also widely applied and our machining capacity is up to size 60 inch valve. Our advanced and ample machining will make sure stable quality and on time delivery. Utilize three coordinate measurement equipment to measure the machined parts strictly.

Quality Control

YDF has strict quality control system to control the quality from the rough material to the final product, advanced testing equipment enable us to do radiographic test, ultra-sonic test, dye-penetrate test, magnetic test, impact test, tensile test, hardness test, positive material identification (PMI), thickness measurement, etc. 

Testing

YDF performance test laboratory enable us to do cryogenic test, vacuum test, fugitive emission test, high pressure gas test, high temperature test, liquid nitrogen tank, cleaning room for valve degrease, mechanical cycle test, fire safe test. Equipped with cleaning room for valve degrease.
