On December 7, in order to further improve the fire safety awareness of the staff, carry out in-depth winter fire safety publicity and education, and improve the ability of fire prevention and control and the ability to deal with emergencies, the president of the company, Li Changyue, the general manager, Liu Xiaoyi, the manager of the administrative department, Liu Shenliang, the EHS manager, Zhu Jianhua, and more than 230 employees of YDF, carried out the Winter Safety Fire Drills, under the guidance of the fire station of the Shangzhuang community. The drill was divided into three stages.
1st satge: Instructor Tan Jingyi from Yancheng Xuanan Fire Prevention Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. trained all the staff of YDF would participate in who in the Drill.
On the one hand, to popularize the alarm precautions: enterprise fire prevention, how to escape, how to correctly use the fire extinguisher, effectively deal with the initial fire, calmly respond to control the fire; On the other hand, let everyone learn the high-pressure water hose connection, fire extinguishing and other aspects of the skills, to ensure that in the early stages of the fire, can use firefighting equipment be in the shortest possible time, connect to the fire equipment to carry out self-rescue, and rescue each other, elimination the fire in a timely manner.
2nd stage: The fire drill was held in the ball valve factory square.
After a fire alarm signal was issued by Shangzhuang community fire station, the staff of all sections and workshops participating in the drill evacuated in the shortest possible time in an orderly manner according to the designated routes, and evacuated all the personnel to the safety zone in a quick and orderly manner. Volunteer firefighters all put on their fire suits and instructed the staff to carry out on-site fire extinguishing. Subsequently, Shangzhuang community fire station personnel introduced the types of fire, focused on explaining and demonstrating the use of fire extinguishing and fire masks, and the employees on the spot went up one by one for actual operation, so that all of them could feel and master the correct operation of the fire extinguishers.
3rd stage: On-site Shangzhuang community firefighters explained how to first aid fire asphyxiation casualties, but also using mannequins, showed how to give "artificial respiration, extrathoracic cardiac compression" and other first aid methods to these asphyxiated person.
This activity not only enhances the fire safety consciousness of all the staff, improves the fire escape ability, but also makes the majority of workers know the use of fire fighting equipment. At the same time, it improves the company’s ability to organize and handle emergency response to sudden fire accidents.
