Yancheng, Jiangsu – July 15– Jiangsu YDF Valves Co., Ltd. has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the national AAA-level certification in both the Integrated Informatization-Industrialization Management System and the Digital Transformation Management System. As the first enterprise in Yancheng and among the first cohort in Jiangsu Province to receive this dual certification, YDF Valves has demonstrated industry-leading maturity in intelligent transformation, establishing itself as a benchmark for digital and intelligent advancement in China’s valve manufacturing sector.
Since initiating its integrated informatization-industrialization strategy in 2015, YDF Valves has systematically pursued enterprise-wide digital upgrades. The company has implemented an ERP system to integrate production and operation data, deployed SolidWorks for 3D design to enhance R&D efficiency, adopted a PLM system for drawing process management, and utilized the FineReport FR big data platform to break down information silos. These efforts have established a unified operational framework characterized by “data sharing, information collaboration, cost co-management, and joint quality control.” With the MOM system in its smart factory enabling end-to-end digital order management, the company has shortened product delivery cycles by 20%. Having first received the foundational level of the national integrated system certification in 2019, YDF has now achieved the highest AAA rating—reflecting substantial progress in systemic digital maturity.
Backed by a national CNAS laboratory, a provincial industrial design center, and industry-academia-research platforms, YDF Valves continues to drive product and process innovation. The company currently holds 78 intellectual property rights, including 52 invention patents. Its in-house developed products, such as the axial flow check valve and wear-resistant lock slag ball valves for coal chemical applications, have filled domestic technical gaps and reached nationally leading performance levels. The establishment of a national postdoctoral research station and a Jiangsu provincial postdoctoral innovation practice base in the past year has further strengthened the company’s collaboration with universities and research institutes, supporting its focus on the R&D and standardization of high-performance, high-reliability valve technologies.
The dual AAA certifications not only mark a key milestone in YDF’s digital transformation journey but also serve as an exemplary model for the intelligent upgrade of traditional manufacturing. Looking ahead, YDF will continue to deepen the integration of industrial internet and green technologies, supporting the Chinese valve industry’s pursuit of a high-end position in the global industrial chain.
