YDF Group Advances "Zero Accident" Goal with Group-Wide Safety Training


Yancheng, Jiangsu – November 8– YDF Group reinforced its commitment to workplace safety by organizing a group-wide training session titled “Empowering Safety Production,” attended by over 400 employees including senior management, frontline staff, and local safety supervision officials.

Led by seasoned safety expert Mr. Qi, the training combined lectures, case studies, and hands-on drills to address core safety challenges in machinery manufacturing. Emphasis was placed on safety responsibility systems, leadership capabilities, and 14 key safety tasks, with a focus on cultivating a culture of shared safety accountability.

General Manager Wang Guan stressed that “safety is as important as technological innovation,” underscoring the company’s commitment to integrating safety into all operations.

Practical exercises covered emergency shutdowns, equipment troubleshooting, and injury response. Post-training assessments showed a 35% rise in safety knowledge, with key skill proficiency jumping from under 30% to over 85%.
